Waiting List and General Information:

Adoption of your Schnese is based on a few criteria.
1.  The sooner we are contacted, the earlier you can be added to the reservation list.
       
2.  This generally means a first - come - first - serve selection.  When we have an available litter, you will be contacted in the order we have received your request.  At that time you will be given the option to accept or decline interest.

3.  Providing you accept interest, we require a $400.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.  This does not exclude you from changing your mind but does, in good faith, show your earnest desire to acquire a puppy.

4. Breeder/seller has the absolute right to the "first pick" of any litter.
   If a Buyer desires to have "Second Pick" an additional NON-REFUNDABLE $300.00 is required.
    A Buyer must designate, before the Dam whelps, what puppy gender is desired.
    This limitation is designed in fairness to all and to prevent disruption in the buying process. 

5.  Payment of the balance due 7 days prior to the puppy's 8th week of life (see the contract) and is required prior to releasing the puppy to you and your home.

6.  At any time, Schnese Blessings reserves the right to screen applicants to ensure the safety, security, and love required to care for these beautiful puppies.

7.  At any time and for any reason, Schneses Blessings reserves the exclusive, non-negotiable right to rescind, revoke or remove any sale or any contract.
